PROCESSING TIME

Typically, it takes about 1-3 days* to have an order ready and shipped out. From then, orders take anywhere from 2-5 days to deliver within the United States or 7-21 days to Canada. Given that international deliveries are heavily dependent on customs processing times, the 7-21 days is a rough estimate, but it should be noted that it may take up to 6 weeks.

* Please note that on the first week of every month, it may take slightly longer to ship out orders as during these days, we will be working on preparing goods for donations. We appreciate your patience with regards to this matter.

 

SHIPPING & HANDLING

Currently, we are able to ship to addresses in the Continental United States*, Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada. Orders shipping to addresses in the United States are shipped through USPS's Priority Mail, or also have the discounted option of USPS's First Class Package for orders that weigh under 1 lb. All orders shipping to Canada are shipped with USPS's International First Class Package, and must be below 4 lbs. For larger orders, please contact us through our email to see if we can find a shipping solution that works for you.

If you are a customer from any other country besides the United States or Canada or trying to ship to an address outside of the United States or Canada, please contact us to see if we can provide shipping to your destination. 

We also offer free local pickup to those who are interested. Once your order is prepared and ready to be picked up, we will contact you to arrange a pickup for your order if this is your preferred option.

 * Continental United States refers to the 48 states, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. However, we are currently not able to fulfill orders to the state of Kansas. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please check back periodically or contact us to be notified in the case that this circumstance changes. We appreciate your understanding. 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 15 days of delivery so that we can make things right.

Any items that are defective or damaged upon delivery, or are not compliant with what was ordered, are eligible for a full refund or free replacement. We will happily cover return shipping costs associated with issues that fall under this category.

For any other reason(s), all unused or unopened items are eligible for a return and refund upon request within the 15-day time period. All returns require a prior authorization, with which the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept any returns on used or opened items. Please contact us regardless and we will do our best to make sure you're satisfied with your order.

 

ALTERATIONS & CANCELLATIONS

Any order that has not shipped out yet can be changed or canceled without any fees or surcharges. Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the order, but will be more than happy to work something out once the order has been delivered. Please contact us and let us know how we can be of assistance.

  

OUR ONE-TO-ONE OATH

"For every product we sell, we donate one on your behalf."

Generally speaking, we will donate one of the same product that was sold. For example, if a lip balm is sold, we will donate a lip balm. In some case, primarily if the organizations we are working with request or need other goods, we will replace and donate based on what is needed. For example, if a lip balm is sold, but soaps are needed by a shelter or other organization, we will donate 1 soap to match the 1 lip balm sold.
